Dates for Season 2024 (Subject to Change)

Registrations: May 20th – August 2nd / Inscripciones: 20 de mayo al 2 de agosto

 

Ages: 4 years – 14* years old (*If still in jr. high)

Registration Cost:

  • Early Bird Fee: $75 until June 7th
  • Regular Fee: $80 June 8th to August 2nd

Parent Meeeting: August 5th during practice

Practices Begin the Week of August 5th

A schedule for the 2024 Kern County Youth Cross Country meets with dates, times, locations, and meet directors' contact information.
More Information 
  • We practice three times a week: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 5:30pm.
  • Practices may be subject to change on extremely hot days or bad air quality days.
  • Practice will start on Monday, August 5 and take place at the southeast end of the complex.
  • Meets are on Saturdays, all at different locations. Times vary.
  • Parents/guardians of runners between the ages of 4-6 years old must accompany children to practice and run with them if needed.
  • Parents provide running shoes and black shorts.
  • Runners will be provided with a t-shirt, a jersey and a hoodie. Runners will be able to keep the t-shirt, but the jersey and hoodie MUST be returned at the end of the season.
  • No Refunds. Pictures will be taken to promote our programs.

Más Información 
  • Practicamos tres veces a la semana a las 5:30 p.m. los lunes, martes y jueves.
  • La práctica comenzará el Lunes, 5 de agosto y tendrá lugar en el extremo sureste del complejo.
  • Las carreras son los sábados y en distintos lugares. Los tiempos de partida tambien varían.
  • Los padres / tutores que tienen corredores entre las edades de 4-6 años deben acompañar a los niños a practicar y, si es necesario, a correr con ellos.
  • Los padres deberán proporcionar zapatos para correr y shorts negros.
  • Los corredores recibirán una camiseta, una camisa deportiva (jersey) y una sudadera. El corredor podrá quedarse con la camiseta pero la camisa deportiva y la sudadera TENDRAN que ser devueltas al final de la temporada.
  • No hay reembolsos. Se tomarán fotos para promocionar nuestros programas.
